Refund & Return Policy
We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Returns are strictly
limited to cases where a customer has purchased the wrong product model or variant. In such
cases, a request for return or exchange must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the
date of receipt, and the product must remain unused, sealed in its original packaging, and
accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or are not in their original condition will not be
accepted under any circumstances. For all other reasons beyond the above, we regret to inform
you that returns and exchanges are not permitted.
If you believe that you have received a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within
forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange for an exchange at no
additional cost. For customers in Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia), we will cover the full
cost of return and replacement shipping within the first seven (7) days. For customers in East
Malaysia, you will be responsible for sending the product back to us, while we will cover the
cost of shipping the replacement product back to you.
For issues arising after seven (7) days, we do not bear any shipping costs for returns or
exchanges. However, all products purchased from LEIA Electronics Sdn. Bhd. come with a one-
year warranty, during which customers are entitled to a one-to-one product exchange for
genuine product defects under normal use conditions.
